MyShoes

In September 2021, Arezzo&Co acquired My Shoes, a footwear and bags brand with an accessible profile focused on classes B- and C+. Until 2018, the brand possessed 40 franchises and was inactive thereafter – however, it still has hundreds of thousands of followers on its social networks.

The acquisition was driven by studies and surveys conducted by consumers and retailers in the past 24 months, which pointed out an absence in the market for a democratic brand with fashion content. My Shoes represents another strategic step in Arezzo&Co´s expansion, broadening the addressable market within the women´s footwear segment and reaching a more diversified public, which considers product pricing as a decisive factor in the purchase process. The average ticket price for My Shoes footwear and bags ranges from R$ 169.00 to R$ 229.00. Furthermore, with this new front, Arezzo&CO will develop an outsourcing network in São João Batista/SC and Jaú/SP, taking advantage of all Arezzo&Co’s expertise and know-how in R&D.

My Shoes products are available through three channels with a strong focus on digital. The brand operates (i) on the Mercado Livre website and (ii) through its own e-commerce also operated through the platform. In both of these modalities, Mercado Livre will be responsible for the logistics and distribution of products. Additionally, My Shoes is also sold through the multi-brands channel, which allows it to operate in regional tiers with lower per capita income where Arezzo&Co has a lower market share.
